Scanning line artwork

This chapter explains how to scan line artwork into Animo 2.0. You use the ScanLevel application to scan line artwork such as layouts, animatics, model sheets, and characters.

To illustrate the process involved, and to show you how to use ScanLevel, we'll work through an example - a line drawing of a girl. In the next chapter, which explains how to scan in backgrounds, we'll show you how to scan in a background of some houses that the girl runs past.
